Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnish
- Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish
Instructions:
To boil the eggs, put them in a saucepan and cover them with cold water
Once the water starts to boil, lower the heat and let it cook slowly for 10 to 12 minutes
Take it off the heat and put it in cold water to cool down
After the eggs have cooled down, peel them and cut them in half from end to end
Take the egg yolks out and put them in a bowl
Get the filling ready: In a different bowl, mash the ripe avocado
Together with the lime juice, salt, and pepper, add the egg yolks, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lime juice
Mix until everything is smooth and well mixed
Put the avocado mixture into the egg white halves
You can use a spoon or a piping bag for a neater look
Add paprika to the top of each filled egg half to make it look nice and add flavor
Add some fresh cilantro leaves as a garnish
Take it easy and enjoy: Put the Avocado Deviled Eggs in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before you serve them so that the flavors can mix
Serve cold
