Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips optional
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 175F 350C
If you want to use paper liners, grease a 12-cup muffin tin first
Melt the butter in a bowl that can go in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time until its all melted
Add the eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract and mix them in well
Mix in the baking powder, salt, flour, and cocoa powder
Mix until its smooth
Add chocolate chips if you want to
Fill up each muffin tin cup about two thirds of the way to the top with batter
If you stick a toothpick into the middle and it comes out with moist crumbs but not wet batter, the cake is done
Let the brownie bites cool for 5 minutes in the muffin tin before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way through
