Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup cauliflower rice

- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 avocado, sliced
Instructions:
Set the pan on medium heat and add the coconut oil
