Ingredients:
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon gelatin
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup mango puree
- 1 cup granola
Instructions:
Using a blender, blend the mango chunks until they are smooth
Put away
Put water and gelatin in a small bowl
Give it 5 minutes to bloom
Warm up 1/2 cup of mango puree and sugar in a saucepan until the sugar melts
Take it off the heat
Mix the bloomed gelatin into the warm mango mixture and stir it in until its all gone
Allow it to cool a bit
Heavy cream and vanilla extract should be whipped together in a bowl until stiff peaks form
Mix the whipped cream into the mango mixture slowly until everything is well mixed
Add the Greek yogurt and mix it in until its smooth and creamy
Put granola, mango puree, and mango mousse in serving cups in that order
Put it in the fridge for at least two hours, or until it sets
If you want, you can add more mango slices or mint leaves as a garnish before serving
